Spirit Ridge is looking for a Permanent, Full time Housekeeping Supervisor who could join us immediately. The details are given below.
Work Location: 1200 Rancher Creek Rd, Osoyoos, BC V0H 1V6
Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Position Available: 1
Compensation: $16.50 per hour.
Hours per week: 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Job duties and responsibilities
- Supervise, direct and control the activities of housekeeping staff.
- Assist in establishing and implementing housekeeping and laundry operations
- Inspect rooms to ensure that our standards are consistently maintained, and all the health regulations are met.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and implement inventory/cost control procedures.
- Train and manage a motivated and skilled team of room attendants, laundry attendants, house persons, pool attendants & public area attendants.
- Maintain documentation, prepare reports for management information.
- Monitoring the quality of employee performance and participate in the evaluation, coaching and discipline of employees, when necessary.
Skill Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School
- Minimum 1-year experience required working in the housekeeping department of a luxury full service condo property.
- Experience as a trainer in a housekeeping department in a luxury full service condo property.
