Description
A busy professional family is looking for a caregiver in Laval, for a couple of 85 and 78 years old. Permanent and full-time employment. 40 hours, 5 days a week. Schedule: from 9:00 h to 17:00 h. Salary of $13.50/h. Two days off: usually Monday and Thursday, but this may vary depending on the employer’s shifts, so flexibility is essential. Languages English or French.
Tasks: The main task is to accompany the elderly. In addition, the caregiver will administer medication as well as bedside and personal care, it will assist clients with their daily exercises, walks, among others, the person will assume full responsibility for the home in the absence of the employer. The caregiver will also be required to feed or assist with food, purchase food and household supplies, provide personal care, accompany seniors, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, assist customers with washing and other aspects of personal hygiene, preparing and serving nutritious meals.
Punctuality, reliability, judgment, sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, experience with seniors.

General High school diploma – Completed

1 to 2 years of experience
