IN HOME CHILD CAREGIVER

A professional family in TORONTO, ON requires an experienced LOCAL Nanny/ Child Caregiver with recent relevant, paid infantcare work experience to care for for a newborn/infant and supervise her activities when parents are at work.

Days Off: Two Days Off Per Week

Optional Accommodation (Free furnished room with a lock on the door for privacy and all meals and utilities free) available at no charge on a live in basis.

Childcare Duties and Responsibilities:

– Care for infant’s needs and manage her routine when parents are at work
– Supervise her activities;
– Change diapers, make and feed her  formula, sterilize bottles and baby’s things, do her laundry and ensure that the infant has her bottles and meals on time
– Tend to emotional well being of baby
– Perform light housekeeping chores around infant’s needs, do her laundry, fold and keep away her clothes
– Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
– Keep infant’s living and play areas neat and clean, hygienic and organized
– Maintain a safe, secure and organized home environment for infant

As soon as Possible

Salary

$17.17. TO $18. Per Hour for a 32.5 Hour work week 

Education Requirements

-Must have Canadian High School Diploma, have completed High School or have equivalent education from elsewhere.

Essential Skills

Must have good interpersonal and communication skills. Must be warm, loving, kind, Honest, trustworthy, reliable, punctual, flexible, neat and clean and organized and must have initiative and be able to bond well with infant, care for her and keep her safe and follow her routine.

Experience

– Must have One to Two years of Full-time, Paid, relevant Infantcare Work Experience within the last three years.

Languages

Must Be Fluent In English

Weight Handling

-Should be able to handle upto 10 kgs

-Urban Setting
-Work in Employers' house

Additional Skills

Must be warm, loving, kind, competent, mature and genuinely fond of working with infants and young children and be able to follow and manage her daily routine and guide her social and emotional development.
