Job Position: IN-HOME NANNY
Employer: C. Lynde
Location: Hollywood Avenue, Toronto, ON
Salary: $15 – per hour. Overtime pay at 1.5 times employee's regular rate of pay after 44 hours. May be required to work some weekends
Work Experience: 1 year childcare
Education: Secondary School plus CPR or First Aid
Hours: 40 hours per week; 10am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)
Children Ages: 11, 9, 6 & 2 years old
Skills Required:
Supervise & care for 4 children in employer’s residence. Get school age children ready for school and take them to and from school. plan, prepare and serve meals; light housekeeping, laundry, oversee activities, such as meals, play time, rest periods, as instructed by employer; maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home; instruct child in personal hygiene; tend to the emotional well-being of children and support social development; discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents; organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings; Good communication and decision making abilities are essential. Must be flexible.
