Position – Insurance agent
Wiens Insurance Group Ltd, Saskatoon is looking for a permanent full-time Insurance agent to start immediately. Starting wage is 25$ per hour and will be reviewed periodically with potential increases based on performance. Hours are 32-40 with addition time and overtime if required.

Main Job Responsibilities:
– Sells and services clients for automobile, fire, property, and other types of insurance
– Establish client insurance coverage, calculate premiums and establish method of payment and present to the clients for consideration
– Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries as well as provided additional upselling alternatives to assist clients with better coverage.
– Identify and solicit potential clientele in the Chinese community.
– Provides comprehensive needs analysis to cover insurance gaps and identify clients problems with solutions.
– Outside sales and marketing advice is required while working with the team.
Essential Requirements:
– Licensure by the insurance governing body in Saskatchewan
– Minimum 1 years of Experience
– English language is required
– Mandarin and Cantonese language ability will be an asset to manage existing clients as well as assist new clients.
– Must be able to communicate well and provide excellent customer service
– Fluent in MS office and be able to learn our system which training is provided
Valid drivers license
