Irene and Ian Food Inc.dba Yanaki Sushi is looking for F/T Food Service Supervisor.
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $15.20 – $18.00/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Benefits:
4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
Keeps records, such as amount and cost of meals served and hours worked by employees.
Prepares work schedules and evaluates work performance of employees
Assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote efficiency of operations.
Supervise the activities of staffs and train workers in performance of duties
Inspects kitchen and dining areas and kitchen utensils and equipment to ensure sanitary standards are met.
Involve in the recruitment of food service worker when required
Resolve customers; complaints or concerns
Educational Requirements:
Secondary school
Experience Requirements:
1~2 years work experience in food preparation or service are required
Language Requirements:
English
