Island View Lodge is seeking Accommodations Manager.
Position: Accommodations Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hour: 30-40hours/week
Wage: $25~$28/hour (depending on experience)
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Oversee the operation of the lodge and develop polices and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and questions
- Assist customers/guests with the use of facilities and their special needs
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Implement marketing and promotional activities
- Recruit staff and train them in their job duties, policies, and service
- Set staff work schedule and supervise their activities
- Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
Job requirements:
- 2~3 years of experience in hospitality or managerial field is required.
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School
