Jacob’s Noodle & Cutlet is seeking F/T Cooks.

Position: Cook

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $15.20 – $19 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week

Benefits:

· 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

· Prepare and cook food as directed

· May hire and train kitchen staff

· Set staff work schedule and supervise kitchen helpers

· Ensure food service and quality control

· Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

· Keep records and accounts of food, supplies, and equipment

· Monitor stock of supplies, ingredients, and place orders when there are shortages

· Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen

· Plan menus and devise new recipes

· Manage kitchen operations

Educational Requirements:

· Secondary school

Experience Requirements:

· 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.

Language Requirements:

· English
