Description
We are seeking a Japanese speaking educators who
- Has the ECE License to Practice and a degree in Early Childhood Care and Education
- Has basic English and excellent written and oral communication skills in Japanese
- Is able to work independently, take initiative and manage time effectively
- Will motivate a team and students with creative ways
- Is welcoming of the multiple perspectives of children and families
- Japanese education experience is asset
Key Responsibilities:
- Respect childnren, families, and team
- Follow the protocol and maintain healthy and safe environment
- Planning activities to stimurate children
- Enjoy learning
- Positive communication and problem solving skills
Salary & Benefits:
$18/hr +$2 ECEWE per hour, paid sick time, professional development workshop
