JIN HAIR SALON & SPA is looking for a full-time Hairdressing Salon Manager in Victoria, BC.

Position: Hairdressing Salon Manager (NOC 0651)

Wage: $22.80 per hour

Working Condition: 40 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent)

Benefit: 4% vacation fee

Available Position: 1

Start Date: 2020-07-01

 

Job Duties:

-Style customer’s hair by cutting, bleaching, tinting, dyeing, trimming, curling, coloring, perming, blow-drying, ironing and tapering

-Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operation of the salon

-Manage the advertising or marketing of the salon

-Hire, train and supervise staff and assign duties

-Address customers' complaints or concerns

-Plan and control budget and inventory

 

Requirements:

-At least 2 years in managing hairdressing salon 

-Completion of secondary school

-Completion of hair design college or similar program is an asset
