Jin Soo Sung Chan Korean Restaurant is seeking F/T Restaurant Manager
Position: Restaurant Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $23.25 – $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Benefits:
- 4% of vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Plan, co-ordinate, direct, control and assess the restaurant operation.
- Choose type of services to be offered and establish operational procedures that best suits the restaurant
- Ensure Health and safety regulations are followed
- Hire employees and supervise training program
- Establish work schedules of staffs and oversee staff performance
- Manage inventory, track revenues and change procedures and prices
- Deal with customer complains and resolve any work-related issues
- Provide excellent customer service
- Involve in marketing plans of the restaurant
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other kitchen supplies
Job requirements:
- 3 ~ 5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
Educational Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Language Requirement:
- English
