Description
Position: Restaurant Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $21.75~ $25/hour (depending on experience)
Working hours: 30 – 40 hours/week
Benefits:
- 10days paid vacation per year or 4% of vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Make sure that safety and health regulations are followed
- Settle use of facilities and catering with clients
- Manage staff’s work schedule and observe staff performance
- Resolve customer’s complaints
- Oversee revenues and improve procedures
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Active involve in recruitment and training process
Educational Requirements:
- Secondary school
Job requirements:
- Minimum 2~3 years of food service sector, including supervisory experience are required.
