Position: Kitchen Supervisor

Working Hours: 35 – 40 hours per week, 5days a week

Wage: $18.50~ $19.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Vacancy: 1

Benefit: 4% Vacation Pay from Gross Salary, Overtime will be paid

Brick’N’Cheese is a new concept resulting from an observation: we realize that there are limited choices in the fast food industry nowadays. That’s why, we decided to mix a set of different flavours and ingredients. Allowing you to create your own dish which will indulge your tastebuds and satisfy your cravings. Brick'N'Cheese is a ghost restaurant concept, that means we only sell our food exclusively delivery based with the help of our delivery partners. We do not have a store front. We are now hiring a Kitchen supervisor to join our team.

 

 

Main duties

 

·        Oversees the daily food service in all areas of kitchen area

·        Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

·        Handle shift schedules for food services workers and assign them tasks on daily basis

·        Coordinate frequent workplace inspections

·        Plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

·        Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of worker

·        Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

·        Ensure strict compliance with restaurant’s standards in all aspects of service

·        Participates in menu preparation, ensuring menus are updated and recipes are revised

·        Ensuring all equipment is clean and maintained

·        Communicate positively and enthusiastically to the restaurant patrons and address their issues promptly

 

 

Employment Requirements

 

·        Completion of secondary school

·        Flexible availability for weekends & holidays

·        At least 1 year of experience in customer service or similar roll may be required

·        English language ability is required
