Position: Restaurant Manager

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $25~ $28/hour (depending on experience)

Working hours: 30 – 40 hours/week

Benefits:

· 10days paid vacation per year or 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:

· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

· Make sure that safety and health regulations are followed

· Settle use of facilities and catering with clients

· Manage staff’s work schedule and observe staff performance

· Resolve customer’s complaints

· Oversee revenues and improve procedures

· Organize and maintain inventory

· Active involve in recruitment and training process

Educational Requirements:

· Secondary school

Job requirements:

· 2~3 years of food service sector, including supervisory experience are required.

Language Requirement:

· English
