KT Korean Restaurant Ltd. dba Korean BBQ Gui is seeking for Food Service Supervisor
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $15.00 ~ $ 18.00/ hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Co-ordinate and schedule all the food performances of staff who prepare, portion food
- Monitor stock of accurate ingredients and supplies required for individual dishes
- Maintain inventory and records of food condition, repairs, sales and wastage
- Manage the quality control standards for food and service
- Keep the food service areas sanitized
- Establish methods to meet daily work schedules
- Address customer complaints and questions
Education Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience Requirements:
- 2~3 years of experience in food preparation or customer service is required
Language Requirements:
- English
