  • Salary: 19.50 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per Week

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: Will train

Work site environment: Outdoors

Work setting: Various locations , Landscape maintenance

Tasks

  • Assist with landscape constructions
  • Tie and secure plants
  • Weed, prune and trim trees and plants
  • Cut grass
  • Remove litter and garbage
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials
  • Lay sod or seed
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees
  • Apply fertilizers
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
  • Snow removal

Area of work experience: Cleaning, Snow removal

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Bending, crouching, kneeling
