Job Description:
This Company is looking for one full-time permanent Line Cook to join their team in Vancouver, BC.
Job Duties:
• Prepare all food items as directed in timely manner
• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking such as chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat.
• Check food condition consistently while cooking
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organization skills
• Maintain daily inventory and records of food stock, supplies and equipment
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Monitor stock and place order when there are shortages
Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• 1-2 years of related experience is required.
