Experience: Minimum of 2 years culinary experience; experience in Portuguese-inspired cuisine an asset
CBH & Grille Churrascaria Restaurant is a family-owned restaurant specializing in Portuguese-inspired cuisine.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
– prepare, season and cook meals and individual dishes as directed, mindful of dietary requirements;
– plan menus, determine size of food portions and estimate food requirements;
– follow recipes and presentation specifications;
– familiar with Portuguese-inspired cuisine;
– operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently;
– clean and maintain work station according to standard safety and sanitation protocol;
– adhere to all sanitation and food production codes;
– record food temperature.
