Description
One full-time position at 30 hours a week, Wednesday to Sunday from 5 PM to 11:30 PM. This is a live-in position. Public transportation available. Urban environment. Duties include: administering medications, assisting with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, assisting with regular exercises (e.g. walking), assuming full responsibility of the household in the absence of the householder, laundering clothing and linens, performs light housekeeping and cleaning duties, provides companionship and personal care, prepares and serves nutritious meals. Must be able to handle weight of 61-80 kgs (133-176 lbs.)

Required Skills
Experience of 2 to less than 3 years caring for people with Alzheimers. Physical capabilities include bending, crouching, kneeling, a combination of sitting, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
Additonal Skills
Personal suitability includes punctuality, a client focus, excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills. Patience and compassion required. Must be flexible, show initiative, and good judgement. Must be organized and reliable. CPR and First Aid certification required. Criminality check, an immunization record, and a vulnerable sector check all required.
