Skill Requirements:
– Education: Completion of a diploma or certificate in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
– Experience: At least one year of experience is required.
– Languages: Written and Oral English
Specific Skills:
Coordinate and monitor logistics of the movement of parts, supplies and materials and ensure that supplies, materials and products are shipped and received on schedule
Prepare and process all customs documents for International & U.S. shipments.
Act as a liaison between suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Identify and resolve logistics-related issues, including delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies in shipments
Ensure all logistics operations comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Suggest and implement process improvements to reduce costs, improve delivery times, and enhance overall service quality.
