Lougheed Wasabi Sushi & Grill is looking for a full-time Food Services Manager

Position: Food Services Manager

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $24.48 – $28.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week

Benefits: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

Plan, organize and control the overall operations of the restaurant
Determine adequate service types and set up an implication of the operational procedures
Hire staff and supervise staff training
Establish work schedules and oversee staff performance
Monitor revenues and modify operational procedures and prices
Resolve customer complaints and monitor health and safety conducts are ensued accordingly
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for cost of supplies
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Educational Requirements: Completion of Secondary school is required.

Experience Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory or managerial experiences are required.
