Position: Cook

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Working hours: 30 – 40 hours per week

Benefits:

·         4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Prepare and cook complete meals

·         Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

·         Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking

·         Ensure kitchen is always clean and sanitized

·         Plan menu items and estimate food requirements and costs

·         Order kitchen supplies and equipment when required

Job requirements:

·         Minimum 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.

Educational Requirements:

·         Secondary school graduation certificate

Language Requirement:

·         English
