Manila BBQ Supermart is seeking a F/T Retail Sales Supervisor

Position Info:

• Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $29.00~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 615 12th Street, New Westminster, BC V3M 4J3

Job Duties:

• Supervise and manage sales staff
• Manage inventory and place product orders
• Prepare reports on sales and merchandising
• Assign tasks and create work schedules for employees
• Address and resolve customer requests, complaints, and other issues
• Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating new sales staff
• Ensure the store maintains visual standards including displays and cleanliness
• May perform managerial tasks such as key holding
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised

Job requirements:

• Experience: 1~2 years of retail sales experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
