Position Info:
- Position: Line Cook
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $21.92~$23.00 per hour (depending on Experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 125 East 2nd Street, North Vancouver, BC V7L 1C2

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals and dishes for customers
- Prepare, weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Check food and ingredients for freshness
- Prepares any necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins
- Manages other employees in the kitchen
- Assists other cooks during the food assembly process
- Portions, arranges, and garnishes food based on client preference
- Train and supervise kitchen helpers
- Maintain kitchen inventory, supplies and equipment
- Maintain good sanitation around work area
- Offers a creative menu to compete with other local restaurants
- Order kitchen supplies and equipment when needed
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
