Description
Position: Spa Supervisor (Supervisor, ushers)
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hour: 30 – 40 hour/week
Wage: $21.63 – 23.00 /hour (depending on experience)
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Ensure staff understand and adhere to company policies and, if necessary, take appropriate action for any violations.
- Supervise and ensure all staff members perform their job duties within satisfactory levels.
- Ensure staff participates in appropriate training programs and encourage them to share their learning with other team members.
- Assist in setting performance goals for the operation.
- Maintain adequate operations and supplies.
- Supervise or assist in the taking of inventory.
- Train new employees and supervise their duties.
- Create a customer-focused environment that excels in customer service standards.
- Provide general information to customers on beauty products
- Respond to any guest inquiries or concerns regarding their treatment or experience in Spa.
- Perform duties along with other team members and demonstrate a leadership role as a Supervisor.
Job requirements: 1 – 2 years of work experience in Spa and/or Beauty Industry is required.
Educational Requirements: Completion of Secondary School is required.
