Milano Coffee is looking for F/T Food Service Supervisor.
Position:
Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment:
Full-time, Permanent
Wage:
$17.50 – $19.00/hour (depending on experience)
Hours:
30- 40 hours/week
Benefits:
4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Train staff in their duty and responsibilities.
- Supervise the staff to make sure food is prepared well in a timely manner.
- Estimate and order food ingredients required for food preparation
- Plan work schedules for staff and work methods to meet the load.
- Always check that food meets quality standards.
- Hire food service staffs and give support in the development of procedures.
- Handle customers’ complaints or concerns
Educational Requirements:
Completion of Secondary school
Experience Requirements:
1~2 years work experience in food preparation or service is required
Language Requirements:
English
