Milano Coffee is seeking Food Service Supervisor.
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $17.50 ~ $20.00/hr (depending on experience)
Working Hour: 30 – 40 hrs/week
Benefits:
· 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
· Address and handle customer complaints and questions
· Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff
· Estimate and order ingredients, supplies, and equipment as required
· Maintain inventory records, repairs, sales, and wastage
· Ensure food service and quality control are met
· Establish work schedules and procedures
· May recruit food service staff and train staff in job duties
Experience requirements:
· 2~3 years of experience in food preparation or service is required.
Educational Requirements:
· Completion of secondary school
Language Requirements:
· English
