Position:
Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment:
Full-time, Permanent
Wage:
$15.20 – $18.00/hour (depending on experience)
Hours:
30- 40 hours/week
Benefits:
4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Estimate and order food ingredients required for food preparation
- Handle customers’ complaints or concerns.
- Train staff from their duty to their responsibilities.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs and sales.
- Plan and manage work schedules for staff and work methods to meet the load.
- Hire food service staffs and give support in the development of procedures.
- Make sure good food service and quality control
Educational Requirements:
Completion of Secondary school is required.
Experience Requirements:
1~2 years work experience in food preparation or service is required.
