Harrison Lake Hotel is looking for a Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team.
Title: Motel Managing Supervisor
Employer: Harrison Lake Hotel Ltd.
Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time)
Wage: CAD 20.00 – CAD 23.00 per hour
Working Hours: At least 30 hours per week
Benefit: 4% of vacation pay or 10 days of paid vacation
Location: 190 Lillooet Road, Harrison Hot Springs, British Columbia V0M 1K0
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
- Experience in supervisory positions is an asset
Main Duties:
- Assign duties to services clerks and observe staff performance making sure that they adhere to company rules and regulations
- Establish work schedules and co-ordinate activities with other work units
- Hire and train new staff in accordance with established company policies and procedures
- Monitor operation of computer system, booking system and arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Resolve guest concerns in an effective and professional manner leading to a positive resolution
- May perform the same duties as staff supervised
