Position: Multi-Service Operator (NOC 82021)

Responsibilities:

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers engaged in drilling for oil and gas, operating service rigs, and providing oil and gas well services.

Establish effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient coordination with other departments.

Requisition and procure necessary materials and supplies to support drilling, rig operations, and well services.

Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and safety, adhering to industry standards.

Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.

Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to maintain a capable and motivated team.

Prepare production and other reports related to drilling, rig operations, and well services, ensuring accurate documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous minimum 1 years of Proven experience as a Multi-Service Operator or in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry.
Familiarity with drilling, rig operations, and oil and gas well services.
Strong supervisory and coordination skills to manage a team effectively.
Knowledge of procurement processes and supply management.
Excellent problem-solving abilities to address work-related challenges.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting work schedules and ensuring efficient coordination.
Safety-conscious with a thorough understanding of safety protocols and industry standards.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary: $42.00/hour to $44.00/hour
