Position: Nail Salon Supervisor (NOC 62029)
Employer Name: Gibsons Nail Spa
Location of Work: #9-900 Gibsons Way, Gibsons, British Columbia, Canada, V0N 1V7 (in Sunny Crest Mall)
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Wage: $22 to $25 per hour depending on experience, plus tips
Vacation: 2 weeks
Nature of Employment: Full-time, permanent
Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week
Language: English
Job Duties:
• Perform manicures, pedicures, gel polish, gel nails, acrylic nails, and nail art on customers;
• Meet all health and safety regulations;
• Maintain a clean working environment;
• Train and review work of new staff in manicure, pedicure, and health and safety procedures;
• Coordinate staff schedules;
• Answer calls, book appointments, and check out clients; and
• Monitor and order supplies and materials needed in nail spa.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of a nail technician or cosmetology program of any length;
• At least 3 years of work experience as a nail technician; and
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
