Job Summary
Position Title: Nail Salon Supervisor (NOC 6316)
Positions Available: 1
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Position Type: Permanent, full time
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
Salary: $22 per hour
Benefits: 4% vacation pay; 10 days paid vacation after one year;
Required Language: English
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assigning and reviewing the work of staff;
- Ability to supervise 5-10 staff members at a time;
- Vetting and training new nail salon staff members;
- Creating work schedules for staff;
- Ordering new inventory as required;
- Answering client questions about the business and providing customer service.
- Providing nail care services as required if understaffed.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Minimum secondary school graduation;
- 1-2 years of previous supervisory or management experience;
- Experience in a nail salon setting an asset;
- Second language an asset.
