Varun Verma and Shikha Verma, living at 19 Pergola road, Etobicoke, ON M9W 5K4, are looking for a full-time Nanny for their two children (3-year-old and 1 month).
This position is full-time, for 40 hours per week.
Wage rate: $15/hour
Employment requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required. First Aid certificate/ CPR/ a Caregiver Certificate is an asset.
- 1 – 2 years of related experience/ childcare experience is required.
Job duties:
- Supervise and care for children in employer's residence.
- Bathe, dress and feed children
- Prepare formulas and change diapers for children
- Oversee children’s activities, such as meals and rest periods, as instructed by the employer.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene
- Take them for appointments.
- Engage with children in play and learning activities for social development.
- Tend to the emotional well-being of the children.
- Plan, prepare and serve meals for children.
- Maintain a healthy & happy environment in the home.
- Discipline children as per the parents requested methods.
- Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children for the parent's review.
- Organize and participate in activities such as games, singing, reading to children, and outings to provide amusement and exercise.
- Assist parents in children supervision on family outings.
