Natural Immix Health Ltd. is looking for F/T Retail Sales Supervisor.
Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $20.25 – $23 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate sales for staff
- Assign sales staff to duties and organize staff work schedule
- Resolve customer complaints and supply issues
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise as required
- Sell and manage returns of goods
- Authorize payments by check and the return of merchandise
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Train or arrange for the training of new staff
Employment Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School
Experience Requirement:
- 1~2 years of previous retail sales experience is required.
