Job Description:
This store is hiring one full time Night Store Supervisor to join their team on permanent basis.
• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers.
• Prepare work schedules and assign duties to sales workers.
• Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise.
• Resolve problems that may arise including complaints and supply shortage.
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.
• To prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff.
Job Requirement:
Completion of secondary school.
1 year to less than 2 years of related experience is required
