Ninja Japanese and Korean Restaurant is looking for full-time/permanent Cook
Position: Cook
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
Wage: $15.20 – $19.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Benefits:
- 4% of vacation pay, free staff meal provided
Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete Korean and Japanese dishes
- Order kitchen supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Oversee overall kitchen operation and supervise kitchen staffs
- Regulate size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and purchase supplies
- Assist in hiring and training kitchen staff
Job requirements:
- Minimum 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
Educational Requirements:
- Secondary school
Language Requirement: English
