Position Info:

• Position: Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $17.40~$20.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  2
• Work Location: 410-1185 Prosperity Way, Williams Lake, B.C. V2G 0A6

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook various types of complete meals and individual dishes
• Manage kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Keep records of inventory, order food and all the supplies
• Maintain inventory and purchase supplies and equipment
• Inspect and ensure that the food preparation area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized
• May assist in hiring and recruiting new kitchen staff

 

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
• Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
• Language: English
