Dynamic Endoscopy & Speciality Care offers specialized care toour patients and their families. We strive to achieve the highestquality of care for our patients and provide a comfortable andsafe experience for everyone who visits our facility.
Key responsibilities:
  • Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff,and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
  • Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medicallaws and ethics
  • Oversees the development and implementation of a marketingpractice while maintaining an appropriate office environment
  • Generate work schedules and procedures and co-ordinateactivities with other workers or departments
  • Prepare and send documents to Physicians, Pharmacies, andPatients
  • Confirm smooth operation of office equipment and machinery,and arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Manage insurance contracts and ensure compliance withcontracts
  • Oversees the financial aspects of the business, such as billing,banking and accounting
  • Books patient clinic appointments, including ultrasound, lab, aswell as external appointments as required
  • Supervise medical coding, medical billing and banking
  • May Receive and process incoming referrals, including bookingNew Patient Visits
  • Ordering medications, kits, pamphlets and other clinical suppliesas well as participate in monthly and Year-End Inventory
Ideal candidate requirement:
  • Proven work experience as an office manager
  • Knowledge of data and administrative processes and principles
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations
  • A college diploma is preferred in a related field
  • At least 1 – 2 years experience in office administration in a related field
  • Microsoft Office Literate in Email, Word, Excel etc.
