1704458 Ontario Inc. owns a reputable multi-unit commercial building in Toronto Ontario, with Medical and Healthcare Clinics serving the local community for many years.  The building complex provides a range of health care services and its tenants include licensed physicians, nurses, and other health care practitioners.

1704458 Ontario Inc. is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to provide administrative tasks needed to support our management, Physicians, and other team members.

This role involves a high level of administrative support, scheduling, coordinating, and multitasking, to support management and staff members.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with relevant experience to establish their career.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, medical reports, brochures, publications, presentations, tenant reports and related material;
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings as required for staff and visitors;
  • Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information internally;
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory;
  • Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
  • Greet patients and visitors;
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings;
  • Arrange travel schedules and make reservations;
  • Compile data, statistics and other information to support staff as necessary from time to time;
  • Organize conferences as required.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries OR 1 year previous clerical experience is required.

• Good time management skills
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communicator with a focus on quality work.
