Job Description:
Responsible for the office procedures including the effective implementation of new procedures; Ensure deadlines are met using task prioritization, delegation, and accountability for the tasks at hand; Maintain strong relationships with different vendors, drivers and customers; Assist in preparation of budgets. Provide adequate information to the accountant to ensure document control; Participate in management meetings and record minutes of meetings.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in related field is preferred.
1-2 years of equivalent experience is required.
