Terra Firma Landscape Group Ltd. dba Terra Firma Lawn and Garden Services in Port Coquitlam, BC is looking for an experienced, Full-Time, Permanent Office Administrator.
- Position; Office administrator (NOC 1221)
- Full Time & Permanent Position, 30 hours / week (6 hours/day, 5 days/week)
- Wage; $24.00/hour
- Vacation: 4 % gross salary

- Completion of secondary school is required.
- 1-2 years of work experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administrations is required.
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
- A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is an asset.
- Language: English
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative duties and office procedures, and provide administrative support to management and other staff
- Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
- Assist administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
- Maintain inventory of office and order supplies as required
- Assist with emails, letters, and telephone calls and other general administration duties.
