Role Overview:

  • Create and maintain a process for document management
  • Create and send customer invoices in Quickbooks Online
  • Process receipts and documents into appropriate folders
  • Record management of leasing files
  • Assist order with supply procurement
  • Compile monthly paperwork for the bookkeeper
  • Ensure all payables/receivables are up to date and audited
  • Internal inventory management
  • Populate Monthly expense report
  • Maintain staff vacation calendar
  • Collaborate with team members for system processes.
Qualifications :
  • A completed certificate in office or business administration and a minimum 3 years of related experience; OR a completed 2 year diploma in business or office administration or related field and a minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Sharepoint is required.
  • Preference will be given to applicants who have previous experience supporting a dynamic multidisciplinary team in a demanding, high volume setting.
  • Previous experience working in a law enforcement or police service environment is considered an asset.
  • Success in this position requires strong communication and customer service skills and the ability to build relationships that contribute to teamwork. Remaining calm in stressful situations while focusing on results and using time and resources effectively.
