Description
Our family-owned tax and consulting service has been serving the community for over 10 years. Our team has grown and we have dedicated support to provide both personal and professional financial services.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
Greet and assist clients and employees, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Maintained office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized and accessible.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
Help plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office by identifying areas for improvement and implementing streamlined processes.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using office software and equipment, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
A friendly and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
High level of initiative and a proactive approach to work.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.

Qualification and Experience:
Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 Year of experience.
