Wages:                        $25.00 per hour, 30-44 hours a week

Shifts:                          Weekdays

We are currently looking for an Office Manager to join our team based out of Richmond Hill Ontario.  Our Office Manager will oversee and implement administrative procedures, establish work priorities, conduct analyses of administrative operations and co-ordinate acquisition of administrative services such as office space, supplies and security services.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.
  • Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
  • Administer policies and procedures as directed by the President of the company.
  • Carry out administrative activities as required.
  • Co-ordinate and plan various office services.
  • Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence as required.

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

·      Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration is required

·      College or University degree in administration or related field Completion would be an asset.

·      Ability to work well in a team environment.
