Job Description:
Kamcraft Kitchen Cabinets ltd. is a well-established company with over 10 years’ experience in the kitchen and bedroom furniture industry. Since its establishment, Kamcraft has grown a solid reputation as a provider to the specific needs of the contract kitchen market, supplying specialist ranges for the public housing sector, private developer market and trade merchants. Kamcraft also produces countertops and vanities range of products designed to provide functional and durable living spaces without compromising on style.
This Company is looking for an Office Manager to join their team in Surrey, British Columbia as soon as possible.
Job Duties:
· Co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review evaluate and implement new procedures.
· Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
· Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
· Co-ordinate and plan for office services.
· Maintenance of office property and liaison with Strata Management Council
· Following up with clients, if required, on behalf of the President of the Company
· General administration of office including banking, accounting and inventory
· Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes.
· Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
· Resolve the complaints received from the client.
Employment requirements:
· Completion of high school is required.
· Minimum 2-3 year of related experience is required.
