Description
Ontario Truck Driving School has been active in the industry since 1978 and has the widest range of training programs and services in the industry.
We are hiring for Full time Office Manager for our office located at 427 Exeter Rd. London, ON, Canada. N6E 2Z3
Number of positions: 03
Duties:
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment;
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation;
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures; Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures;
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services;
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Requirements
Education: – College/CEGEP
Experience & Skills: – 2 years to less than 3 years
Language: – English
Hourly Rate: $ 24.5 to $ 26.5 per Hour for 35 to 44 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay
