ON THE WATERFRONT ENTERPRISES INC. dba Cafe Villaggio is looking for F/T Cafeteria Cook.
Position: Cafeteria Cook
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $14.60 – $15.00/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook individual dishes and food as directed
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean and sanitize kitchen and food-prep area
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas
- Develop menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Set staff work schedule and supervise staff
- Oversee kitchen operations
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School
Experience Requirements:
- 1~ 2 years work experience of commercial cooking experience is required.
