Operations Supervisor (NOC: 1211)
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Full time, Permanent
BENEFITS: As per Employment Standards Act; 10 days paid vacation
EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years experience.
EDUCATION: Completion of secondary is required
WAGE RATE: $32.50 per hour, 40 hours per week.
START DATE OF EMPLOYMENT: As soon as possible
JOB DUTIES:
- Train workers in duties and policies, Prepare and submit reports, Ensure smooth operation of equipment,
- Resolve work related problems, Co-ordinate, assign and review work, Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies,
- Establish work schedules and procedures, Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Good oral communication to supervise employees
- Candidate should be good at making independent decisions and problem solving.
