Primary Job Duties:

In your role as an Operations Manager of Constant Home Comfort, you will work closely with other teams to lead and assist the daily administrative operations to deliver the core value of our business, and to drive business growth. You are expected to contribute through the following:

  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols, lead the regular check and maintenance for installed appliances and equipment regionally
  • Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
  • Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives and ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
  • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments
  • Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution
  • Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems
  • Work closely with legal and safety departments to make sure activities remain compliant
  • Oversee materials and inventory management and conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to senior management

 

 

Minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum requirement of bachelor’s degree in operations, business management or any related field, equivalent experience will be considered
  • 3-5 years professional experience in operations or administrative role
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
  • Strong budget development and oversight skills including conflict management and business negotiation skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office or other office software
  • Highly adaptable, positive, “can-do” attitude, team player and open to criticism
  • Willing to travel regionally and internationally
