1040215 BC Ltd. is looking for One Permanent, Full time Retail Sales Supervisor who could join with us immediately. The details are given below.
Work Location: 1590 McGregor Frontage Rd, Christina Lake, BC, V0H 1E0
Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
Position Available: 1
Compensation: $24/hour
Hours per week: 30 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Job duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
- Plan and prepare work schedules and assign sales workers to duties
- Operate cash registers and authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
- Maintain standards and image of store and make sure it’s correctly priced, displayed, and meets quality standards
- Sell products to customers and handle escalated customer service issues and offer solutions
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder as needed
- Monitor and prepare reports regarding sales volumes, inventory and stock.
- Hire and train new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
- Evaluate employee performance and identify areas to improve
Skill requirements
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Minimum 1 – 2 relevant work experience is required
